Overview
- There will be 3 sections from which the questions will be asked.
- Moreover, the English & Maths Paper Exam will be conducted in a single day.
- Where as the General Knowledge Paper Exam will be conducted another day.
- Exam Date: June and December
- Result Date: Results are usually declared a few weeks after the exam, and the exact date will be updated on the RIMC website.
- Frequency: The RIMC Entrance Exam is held twice a year, in June and December.
Eligibility Criteria (Age Limit)
- Boys and girls are eligible to apply for admission to the RIMC Dehradun
- The candidate should either be studying in Class 7th or passed Class 7th from any recognized school.
- Candidates (boys only) appearing for the above test should not be less than 11½ years in age but should not have attained the age of 13 years as on January 01, 2023.

Geometry – Lines and Angles, Plane and plane figure, Properties of Angles at a point, parallel lines, Sides and angles of a Triangle, Construction of Triangle-based on side and angles, Bisecting the angle and line by use of ruler and compass only, Special angles by use by our rules and compasses definition and simple problem based on quadrilateral, triangles, and polygon |
D. Mensuration – Area and Perimeter of Square, Rectangle, Parallelogram, Triangle, Arc Length circumference and Area of Circle, Area of figures, Volume and surface area of cube and cuboids |
