Eligibility Criteria

  • Mandatory Qualification: Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test is a required qualifying test for almost all categories seeking registration in the Executive Programme, except for a few exempted categories.
  • Age Requirement: Candidates should be at least 17 years old at the time of application.
  • Educational Background: Successful completion of Class 12th is a prerequisite for Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test eligibility.
  • Exemptions:
  1. Individuals who have passed the final exams of ICAI or ICMAI.
  2. Graduates with a minimum of 50% marks.
  3. Postgraduates.
  • Direct Registration: Those meeting the exemption criteria can bypass the Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test and directly register for the CS Executive programme.
